Concentration: Highly concentrated. It can be diluted up to 20:1.

Usage: Wet the coat with lukewarm water. Massage thoroughly with shampoo for 5-10 minutes and rinse. Repeat the procedure and dry thoroughly with a warm towel. If possible, use a hair dryer.
Dilution: up to 1:20. Organic Brightness Shampoo is highly concentrated. Use 1 part shampoo to 20 parts lukewarm water. For example, for a medium-sized pet, add 30 ml of shampoo and 600 ml of lukewarm water to an empty bottle, then shake well for 10 seconds.

The Buyer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online (return the good of good quality) without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code), except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this Article. The money paid, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer, shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of the Buyer's notification of withdrawal from the contract, however, the Seller may not return the money until the goods are received or until he is provided with proof that the goods have been sent. The Buyer shall return the goods at his own expense. If the purchased goods are of poor quality, the Buyer has the right to file a claim for defects in the goods for 2 years from the date of sale of the goods. The Buyer may file claims for defects in the goods for which a shelf life has been established if they are identified within the shelf life of the goods.
If the packaging is damaged or opened, food products of suitable quality are not returnable or exchangeable.
